Genetics Program Annual Retreat
The Genetics Program retreat is held in the Fall of each year to promote interaction between members of the genetics community on campus. The retreat consists of short scientific talks from Genetics trainers and other campus faculty, panel discussion, poster presentations by students affiliated with the program, and networking time to increase communication within the program.
The annual Genetics Retreat will be held on Friday, October 21, 2016, 9 am to 5:15pm, at the UW Arboretum, 1207 Seminole Hwy, Madison, WI 53711 .
Registration and breakfast begin at 9 am. The keynote will be presented by Barry Ganetzky. Invited speakers include Seth Blair, Rick Amasino, and Nancy Keller. An alumni career panel will be featured, as well.
